We are currently operating concurrent boards, namely Railpen Limited and Railway Pension Investments Limited (RPIL), which report directly to the Railways Pension Trustee Limited (The Trustee) and are identically comprised of members of the Railpen Leadership team (ExCom) and Non-Executive members.
