Mim is our HR Programme Manager. She has seven years of project management experience, the last two within Pensions at Railpen, where she has been a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in our Benefits Change team.
Mim is now a member of our central Change team and leads our HR Programme activity, which is focused on people-led initiatives and cultural change within Railpen. Mim is also a member of Railpen’s Council for Inclusion and Diversity which aims to develop a truly inclusive culture that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity, and supports Railpen’s Core Purpose to secure our members’ future.
A Prince2 and Prince2 Agile Practitioner, Mim is a people-focused change agent, with a passion for leading meaningful business transformation.
