Maura Sullivan

Maura is an accomplished professional with 25 years’ experience within Finance, predominantly within the Financial Services sector.

Maura previously sat on the Railpen Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, until December 2023. She has also previously held the role of Deputy Group CFO at Quilter plc (FTSE 250) and holds a number of other Non-Executive Director positions.

During her career, Maura held CFO and Executive Director roles during her 12 years at Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Asset Management Ltd, the UK arms of the global Credit Suisse International Wealth Management divisions. She was responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial and regulatory reporting, financial planning, and oversight of Tax and Treasury strategy. Before joining Credit Suisse, Maura has held leadership positions in Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Chase.

Maura was appointed as an Executive Director of the Railpen Limited and Railway Pension Investments Limited Boards in March 2024.
