Jonathan is focused on building partnerships and fostering mutual understanding with clients, industry peers, and regulatory and legislative bodies across the global markets in which Railpen operates. His leadership is driven by a passion for achieving great member outcomes – ensuring individuals can look forward to an adequate income, with choice and dignity, in retirement.

With over 25 years’ multi-sector experience in stakeholder management, customer experience, public relations and affairs, service development, and marketing, Jonathan joined Railpen in 2008. Since then he has led diverse functions across the business before joining the Executive Committee. Jonathan’s teams plays a pivotal role in helping bring Railpen’s purpose to life.

Jonathan is a member of the Investment Association’s Corporate Affairs Committee and a Trustee Director on the Board of the North Tyneside Carers Centre charity.
