Railpen, manager of the £34bn railways pension scheme in the UK, has announced that global footwear brand Crocs™ has signed for a new outlet store at Caledonia Park.

The 1,754 sq ft store at Caledonia Park will reflect the brand’s established outlet format, delivering a bold and contemporary retail environment with illuminated feature walls, dedicated personalisation areas, and the brand’s distinctive visual identity.

The new space will deliver Crocs’ core and seasonal collections for men, women, and children, including its iconic clogs, sandals, and slides, alongside lined and weather-ready styles, suited to the Scottish market. A wide range of Jibbitz charms will also be available, enabling visitors to customise their footwear in-store.

Due to open in April, Crocs will extend the scheme’s footwear, casualwear, and family lifestyle offer, and will sit alongside brands such as Nike, POLO Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein, further underpinning Caledonia Park’s position as a key retail destination in Scotland.

Maria Averkina, Senior Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, said: “Crocs is another strong addition to Caledonia Park. As a globally recognised brand with broad demographic appeal, it will further enhance our footwear and lifestyle offer. This signing reflects our proactive leasing strategy as we continue to curate a resilient and well-balanced mix of brands and best-in-class outlet operators.”

Caledonia Park has also secured a series of renewals in the last 12 months, totalling over 12,000 sq ft, including Superdry, The Cosmetics Company Store, and Berghaus, signalling further long-term commitment to Scotland’s premium designer outlet village.
