Nic Cromack is Railpen’s Chief Officer, Member Services. As Chief Officer of Member Services, Nic leads our member end-to-end service including pensions administration, communications and engagement, technical and scheme compliance services for the railways pension schemes.

Nic has been at Railpen since 2006, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2009. She worked within the internal audit function, gaining vast experience in all areas of Railpen, ranging from pensioner payroll to operational due diligence on our investment managers. Latterly, Nic became involved in leading the Benefits change programme as Director of Business Benefit Solutions, where she has been instrumental in leading and driving transformation within our Benefits area.
