Paula took on the role of Chief HR Officer (now Chief People Officer) in January 2022. She has been a much-valued member of the Railpen team since November 2018.

Paula, a Chartered Member of the CIPD, has over 27 years of HR and personnel experience, spanning several sectors with notable names including Santander, Boots UK and Littlewoods.

Paula focuses on harnessing the collective skills of our HR Team as we work to build our culture and articulate Railpen’s values, developing our people planning processes, and propelling our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda.
