Sarah joins Railpen from the Post Office, where she was most recently Interim Group General Counsel. She brings almost 30 years of legal experience, having held senior legal roles across a range of major organisations, including Santander and RSA.

Sarah joins Railpen’s Executive Committee as General Counsel, leading the legal, compliance, governance and financial crime functions, and reporting to Chief Executive Officer Andy Bord. She supports the business with a strong track record in effective negotiation, clear advice and communication in complex and highly regulated environments.

Sarah joined Railpen following the retirement of Sally‑Ann James.
