Nick joined Railpen as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Board member in 2025.

Nick is a qualified actuary with extensive experience in the insurance, funds management, and banking sectors. Nick joined Railpen from Standard Chartered Bank, where as a Managing Director, he was the Global Head of Financial Reporting Transformation, and prior to this, served as Director of Finance Reporting & Operations at M&G plc.
