Emma leads Railpen's External Communications Team, including public relations, brand, and client communications. Emma has almost 20 years experience within the financial services sector, with a focus on technical communications, operations, marketing and PR.

Emma is also a board member of NextGen Pensions and is committed to diverse workforces, leadership teams and supporting the next generation of professionals.
