Lukas is a member of the Total Portfolio Strategy team focused on strategic asset allocation. His responsibilities include innovating Railpen’s strategic asset allocation framework with supporting research on key issues like liquidity and diversification, and capital market assumptions. Lukas is also a key link between strategic asset allocation and client and total portfolio management, helping the team to manage liquidity risk, in particular.

Lukas joined Railpen in 2022 and was previously a Senior Researcher at Norges Bank Investment Management for over seven years. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a master’s degree in finance from LSE.
