Mike was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair to Railway Pension Investments Limited in May 2020. He was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair to the Railpen Limited Board in July 2021.

He is a former Chair and Non-Executive Director of Aviva Investors Holdings Limited, and formerly a Non-Executive Director of Aviva Group.

Mike is currently Chair of the London CIV (London LGPS CIV Ltd) and Independent Chair of the Thomas LLoyd Group.
