Caledonia park secures Scottish outlet debut for Swarovski

Railpen, one of the largest pension managers in the UK, has announced Swarovski, the luxury crystal jewellery brand, has signed at Caledonia Park, Scotland’s premium designer outlet village, marking its Scottish outlet debut.

Swarovski will open a 1,000 sq ft space at Caledonia Park this summer, demonstrating the paramount strength of the scheme in attracting elegant and luxury retailers and the brand’s commitment to outlet destinations. The Swarovski boutique will showcase its latest outlet concept with a blend of metallic finishes in its signature shade of blue. It will stock its core collection of high-quality jewellery, complemented by an extensive watch line and phone accessories.

The innovative brand will add a new retail element to the destination, marking the first standalone jewellery store in Caledonia Park, and will also join several other outlet firsts for Scotland, such as Rituals, Hobbs, and kate spade new york.

Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, said: “Swarovski is a brilliant addition to Caledonia Park, marking yet another Scottish outlet debut for the scheme. The retailer continues to build on our vision of creating a portfolio of key aspirational brands and delivers a premium jewellery offer for customers in a sophisticated store environment.”

This news follows the opening of the newly refitted BOSS at Caledonia Park, which opened at the end of March. The new space delivers a premium customer experience within a classy interior and a strong BOSS menswear stock package. The refurbishment highlights the continued appeal of Caledonia Park to leading retailers as a prime outlet location and the opportunities that Railpen creates for long-standing tenants to invest in its spaces.

Johnstone Property Consultants and Time Retail Partners acted for Caledonia Park.
