Railpen appoints Donna Adams as Director of Member Experience

Donna joins from Barclays, where she spent more than three decades. Most recently she was Global Head of Employee Operations Strategy and Employee Experience. She held other senior roles at the bank, including Global Head of Digital Employee Experience and Head of Employee Culture and Values Transformation. 

Donna will be accountable for transforming members’ experience at every stage of their journey and touchpoints with Railpen, reporting directly into Nicola Cromack, Railpen’s Chief Officer, Member Services.
