As Chief People Officer at Railpen, and a member of our Executive Leadership team, Sian is leading the People strategy, which supports and drives delivery of all of Railpen’s key business priorities, as well as facilitating enhanced collaboration across the organisation. Sian is passionate about developing teams, growing talent, and enriching our corporate culture to deliver results.

Sian joined Railpen in April, 2026 as an experienced CPO, with a proven track record of success spanning Financial Services, Construction, Manufacturing and IT sectors, and in global, European and UK corporations. Sian is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and Board Co-Chair.
