Claudia Ginsburg is Railpen’s Senior Business Manager, Member Services, supporting the leadership and strategic direction of the function. Claudia has a broad remit and strategic oversight of business planning, governance and performance across Member Services. She brings together priorities across strategy, financial management, supplier oversight, executive reporting and transformation.

Claudia has developed a strong understanding of the operational and strategic challenges involved in delivering services for members. She works closely with senior leaders and teams across Railpen to strengthen oversight, improve performance and translate strategy into delivery. Claudia also plays a key role in delivering the future operating model for Member Services and identifying opportunities to improve how the function works whilst delivering sustainable value for members.
