The Railpen-led Workforce Directors Coalition (WDC) has published its latest briefing on the state of play of the workforce director model as an effective workforce engagement mechanism.
Since its inception in 2023, the Coalition has grown in size to around £2 trillion in assets under advice – demonstrating an encouraging appetite for the appointment of workforce directors (drawn from the company workforce).
