Railpen welcomes Maura Sullivan to its Board
Railpen, which runs the £37 billion railways pension schemes, has welcomed Maura Sullivan to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Maura is an accomplished professional with 25 years’ experience within Finance, predominantly within the Financial Services sector. She is currently Deputy Group CFO at Quilter plc (FTSE 250) and, outside of Railpen, holds a number of other Non-Executive positions.
During her career, Maura held CFO and Executive Director roles during her 12 years at Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Asset Management Ltd, the UK arms of the global Credit Suisse International Wealth Management divisions. She was responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial and regulatory reporting, financial planning, and oversight of Tax and Treasury strategy. Before joining Credit Suisse, Maura has held leadership positions in Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan Chase.
