Chief Risk Officer

Craig has over 28 years in FS, working as a regulator at the FSA, in a major UK Bank, as a Director in KPMG advising on regulation, risk and operations. His last major role was as Chief Compliance Officer (SMF16) at Phoenix Group, the FTSE100 long term pension and savings business.

He led the 2nd line Conduct and Compliance function providing advice, oversight and challenge to the business and Board. He was the Groups Exec Sponsor for Phase 1 of Consumer Duty, and led the team to two international awards for work on Code of Conduct and Individual Conduct Rules. He lives in the Murrayfield area of Edinburgh with his wife Nicky and black labrador Angus
