Adam Gillett

Adam joined Railpen in October 2023. Prior to this, Adam spent ten years as an investment consultant and latterly as Head of Sustainable Investment at WTW.

Adam is experienced in leading global programmes to integrate sustainable investing content and delivery across research, fiduciary and advisory, working with a diverse asset owner client base both by region and investor type. A core focus of his work has been the strategic response to climate change, including as codified in net zero commitments and through industry collaborations. Adam started his career at KPMG, and is a qualified accountant and CFA charterholder.

In his role at Railpen, Adam will work as part of the Sustainable Ownership Team, leading the design and delivery of Railpen’s climate change programme, including Railpen’s Net Zero Plan and Net Zero Engagement Plan.
