Tom Ward

Tom joined the Railpen Sustainable Ownership team as a Senior Investment Analyst in 2023 having worked in the company's Risk team for four years. 

He is responsible for delivering materiality-focused ESG research across equity and infrastructure investments, drives outcome-oriented stewardship with portfolio companies, and supports internal and external reporting requirements. 

Tom serves as Railpen's representative within several coalitions, including the diversity initiative, The 30% Club. He also contributes to the $2.5 trillion Workforce Directors Coalition, where he leads engagements on worker voice with target companies. In addition to diversity and worker voice he oversees Railpen's thematic focus on workforce issues and voting views on supplier payment and anti-microbial resistance.
