RPMI Railpen announces senior appointment to Sustainable Ownership team

RPMI Railpen (Railpen) has appointed Jocelyn Brown as Senior Investment Manager within the Sustainable Ownership team. Jocelyn will lead on corporate governance and report to Leo George, Head of Sustainable Ownership at Railpen.

In her previous role, Jocelyn was an Executive Director at International Shareholder Services (ISS), where she was the Global Head for ESG Product Management. Her responsibilities included EMEA regulatory affairs and she represented ISS on the Best Practice Principles Group for Shareholder Voting Research. Jocelyn also worked as a Corporate Governance Adviser at the Financial Reporting Council, where she was the implementation lead for the UK Stewardship Code.

Commenting on Jocelyn’s appointment, Leo George said:
